Digital Product License Agreement

1. Grant of licence

On full payment, IETS SHOPIN grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the purchased assets within the scope of the tier you selected — Personal, Commercial or Extended — and subject to the restrictions below.

2. Personal licence

Permits use in personal, non-commercial projects, portfolios, studies, moodboards and social posts, for a single end user. It does not permit paid client work, resale or use in products offered for sale.

3. Commercial licence

Permits use in client and commercial work, marketing, products, advertising and paid media for one brand or organisation, within any run, seat or view limits stated at purchase.

4. Extended licence

Covers larger-scale or resale-adjacent uses, such as inclusion in end products or templates offered to others, broadcast, and high-volume or multi-brand use, as agreed and described at purchase.

5. Restrictions

• Do not resell, redistribute, share or sub-license the raw or source files.
• Do not make assets available for others to download, extract or use as stock.
• Do not claim authorship of, or register trademarks or copyrights in, the underlying assets.
• Do not use assets in unlawful, defamatory or infringing content.

6. Ownership

The Products and all intellectual-property rights in them remain owned by IETS SHOPIN and its contributors. This Licence grants rights of use only and does not transfer ownership.

7. Third-party and model/property rights

Some assets may depict people, brands, trademarks or property. It is your responsibility to obtain any additional permissions or releases required for your intended use, particularly for commercial or sensitive contexts.

8. Termination

This Licence terminates automatically if you breach its terms. On termination you must stop using and delete the affected files. Uses lawfully completed before termination are not affected.
