Because our Products are digital and delivered instantly, this Refund Policy explains when refunds are and are not available. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
1. Nature of digital goods
Digital Products are delivered electronically and can be downloaded or accessed immediately after purchase. Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, the order is generally considered fulfilled and is not eligible for a refund.
2. When we may offer a refund
We may issue a refund or replacement where a file is faulty, corrupted, materially not as described, or where you were charged in error and the issue cannot be resolved with a working replacement or download link.
3. When refunds are not available
Refunds are generally not available for change of mind, buyer's remorse, lack of required software or hardware to open a file, or because a Product did not meet a subjective expectation that was not part of its description.
4. How to request a refund
Contact us within a reasonable time of purchase with your order number and a clear description of the problem, including screenshots or details where relevant. We review each request individually and respond promptly.
5. Statutory rights
Nothing in this Policy limits any non-excludable rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a payment dispute or chargeback so we can help resolve the issue directly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of access.
